Method of Payment

Me We uses the Checkout payment transfer service that is in the register of Financial Supervisor Authority (Checkout Finland Business ID 2196606-6).

Following methods of payment are available in the webstore:

  1. Internet banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nooa, Nordea, POP, S-pankki, Säästöpankki, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken
  2. Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card
  3. Other: Collector, Everyday, Jousto, Neocard

Payment by Banks Network Buttons

Internet banks: payment buttons for all the internet banks are in use. Checkout transfers payments safely to the merchant. After choosing the method of payment the transaction is transferred to the payment method’s system. Once the payment is approved and transaction is back in the merchants web store, the payment is immediately registered to the merchant. The payment is being made to an account registered for Checkout Finland Oy and from there it is being transferred to the merchant.

Payment by Credit Card

Following credit card payments are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron. By paying with credit card the contract of sale is consisted between the customer and Suomen Ostolaskut Oy (2284303-3) / c/o Checkout Finland Oy. As the official partner of Checkout Finland Oy, Suomen Ostolaskut Oy will transfer the credit card payment to the merchant.


Delivery Fees & Delivery Time

NORMAL DELIVERY: The standard fee for shipping in Finland is 3,90 € per order and 6,90 € outside Finland. The shipping fee is the same regardless of the amount of items in the order.

Method of Delivery

Me We uses Finnish Postal System, Posti. Your order will be delivered as a letter or a package depending on the size of your order. A letter will be delivered to your home address and a package will be collectable from a postal office near you.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. The confirmation-email includes:
- Order number
- Content of your order
- Prices

Return Policy

All the products have a standard 14 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have received the wrong/defective item, please contact us by email: katariina.lindsten@mewe.fi within 14 days for further assistance with returning/changing the item. The product has to be unused and resalable.

Me We Guarantee: We offer return ALSO for individually customized products that are usually excluded from return policy.

Goods Damaged During Delivery

Even if your order was well packed, the package may sometimes be defected while transported to you. If upon its arrival you find the package defected, check the product immediately and contact your postal-office if the product is defected as well. Contact us: katariina.lindsten@mewe.fi for a new product and send us a copy of the damage report you made in your postal office. We cannot send you a compensatory item unless you have not made a damage report in the postal office right away.

The customer has the right to return/change faulty item without charges in Finland. All other returns with normal postage-fees.

Important Information Concerning Customizations

When ordering a customized product, be careful while writing the customized text. Once you accept the order, you cannot change it. If you notice a misspelling after you have confirmation, contact us immediately by email: katariina.lindsten@mewe.fi or anu.hame@mewe.fi or by phone: +358 40 825 7113 or +358 40 511 4195.

Me We has the right to decline orders that include offensive texts or are not in line with good manners. Note that the length of the text will affect the appearance of the product. The longer the text, the smaller the letters will be.

General Terms of Trade

Site www.mewe.fi is a marketplace maintained by Me We Group Oy (Business ID: 2421120-8). The following terms will be applied in business relationship between Me We Group Oy and the customer. The web store operates as the marketer of products and services and delivers orders to the buyers and is responsible for the legal procedures and commitments.

Me We Group Oy hold the right to change these general terms of trade without any further notice. The effective general terms of trade will be applied to orders at any given time. Changes in law will be effective as such, unless it is otherwise determined in the law.

Me We Group Oy is not responsible for accidents/events that are caused by force majeure situations. Me We Group Oy is however liable to notice the customer as soon as possible if a force majeure situation affects the delivery of the order.

The estimates for deliveries have been created by Me We Group’s production information. Me We Group is not responsible for delays or cancellations in deliveries that are affected by force majeure situations. Binding trade agreement comes into effect when new order is registered in Me We’s web store.


Me We Group Oy sells products and services to private customers (consumer). Goods are also sold to customers that are of companies, public administration and associations (business customers).

The effective Finnish and European Union Consumer Protection Act are applied to consumer trade. These terms of agreement are not effective insofar as they limit consumer’s rights that are determined in compulsory legislation.

The Finnish commercial law is being applied to sales contracts between Me We Group Oy and business partners, unless it is otherwise determined here.

Customer is responsible to give his/hers complete contact information when placing an order. Consumer customers give at least a name, address, phone number and possible email address. Business partners give the name of a contact person, phone number, email address and Business ID number, mailing address and billing address.

Privacy Policy

Customer’s contact information is saved to a customer register held by Me We Group Oy. Information may be used to maintain or take care of customer relations. Me We Group may use the information for direct marketing according to the Personal Data Act (523/99). Customer has the right to forbid the use of hers/his contact information and check the information affiliated to her/himself by contacting the customer service of Me We Group Oy. By using the sites within our website network you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

www.mewe.fi website uses cookies that help make the site even more user-friendly. The purpose of the cookies is to ease, enhance and speed up the transaction experience. The use of cookies can also be used for making more personal offers and product recommendations. Cookie is a little data file that mewe.fi’s web server saves to the user’s hard drive. Part of mewe.fi website’s content may require the use of cookies. The user’s web browser probably accepts the use of cookies automatically but the user can prevent the use of cookies from the browser’s settings.

Prices and Taxes

All the prices are VAT included (Value Added Tax 24 %). Customer is responsible of all the import customs, duties and taxes in their own homeland.

Me We has the right to decline any payments and orders and has the right to change prices without any further notice. All possible special offers concern only new purchases.
